Integration is the most important part of the psychedelic experience. Storytelling is one of the best tools that we can use to integrate these psychedelic experiences and bring something back for ourselves and our community.
Sharing our stories is about harm reduction. As both legal and illegal access to psychedelics increases, so does the need to share infomation about how to approach psychedelics with respect in order to foster safe outcomes.
